Companies are caving to anti-DEI crusaders. That’s bad for business

Indiana is following the lead of Florida, Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma, and others to legislate DEI out of existence, as evidenced by SEA202. While 202 focuses on public university faculty tenure, the game plan from other states is to start with public universities, then primary and secondary schools, then the business community.

That other companies are caving to these racist, prejudiced strategies should disturb us all.
