Legislation Column Contest

This is a contest from our Quaker friends at the Indiana Friends Committee on Legislation.

Indiana ranks sixth lowest of all 50 states, decreasing 14% in new registrations. How can Indiana improve voter participation in elections among 18-24-year-olds?

Write a column of no more than 750 words that suggests ways voter registration—and thus participation in the election process—can be improved in Indiana.
