Step-Up, Inc. announces their Fall Community Day event. Falling into Care Community Day event will occur in the parking lot of the Stop N’ Shop thrift store on 38th and Post Rd on November 3rd from 10AM – 4PM. The objective for each Community Day event is to provide comprehensive health screenings (HIV, STD, and Hepatitis C testing, and BP monitoring), linkage to care services (HIV, HCV), PrEP resources, harm reduction resources, and primary care. Their hope is that by providing these resources more individuals will feel comfortable initiating and retaining services offered by our respective agencies, ultimately leading to an improvement in the health of the community.
