Healing and Reconciliation Through Multifaith Engagement

  • Indiana Interchurch Center 1100 West 42nd Street Indianapolis, IN, 46208 United States (map)

Join us for IMN's Spring Event with our special guests, Bibi Bahrami, and US Marine Mac McKinney featured in the documentary Stranger at the Gate

Mac returned from the war in Afghanistan with hatred for all Muslims. He planned to bomb their Community Center in Muncie, Indiana but encountered Bibi and the Muslims of the community. They tell the story of transformation that has an unbelievable ending.

After their presentation, we will gather for small group discussions with people of different faiths exploring how we can engage in acts of healing and reconciliation.
