You may have wondered about these and many other specifics of Indiana laws and how they affect the lives of our neighbors who rent their homes or apartments. 

On Monday, January 23, join the Meridian Street Housing Justice Task Force for an Eviction Court Legal Forum or "Court Watching 101, Ask an Attorney." The forum will be held from 6-7:30 pm, via Zoom (Zoom information below). 

Emily Browning and Deetta Steinmetz, attorneys with the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society, will offer a brief overview of the eviction process and then share the advice and information they give to tenants prior to their eviction hearings. A Q&A session will follow.
