• What a tenant (you!) is responsible for.

• What your landlord must provide.

• What to do if you get behind on rent.

• What to do if your home needs repairs—mold, no running water, etc.

• Evictions 101.

For Research:

Participants in this workshop will also be invited to complete a survey before and after the event as part of a research project related to housing law in Indiana. Participating in the research project is completely voluntary, and individuals may attend the sessions without completing the surveys.
