We'll discuss the impact of fostering a diverse workforce in our hospitals and healthcare industry while exploring strategies to address this issue. Attendees will hear from CEOs and chief human resource officers from four of the top healthcare systems in Indianapolis: Community, IU, Eskenazi and Franciscan
