Marchelle has worked extensively in the development of attainable housing through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and other federal and state funding. Radiant CDC brings together partners in the creation of community and economic development, resulting in housing, economic renewal, and service programs.

Andy previously worked for Kheprw Institute as the Community Land Trust Coordinator under their program that he co-founded, Homes For All Indy. Andy is a passionate community development practitioner and formalized that in 2020 with a Master of Urban Design degree from the Ball State College of Architecture and Planning.

Hale coordinates the operations, strategic development, and advocacy efforts of PI’s three issue-based, statewide coalitions and works to further PI's policy goals. Pastor, Living Word Baptist Church
Rev. Reginald B. Fletcher founded and organized Living Word Baptist Church in December of 1992. Living Word has worked on creating affordable housing for 20 years in and around their neighborhood and recently began Providence Place, providing permanent supportive housing for individuals exiting homelessness with Englewood CDC and A Place Empowering People.

Mari has been organizing since 2017 as a student leader at IUPUI, organizing around issues of representation and resources for marginalized students. Currently Mari is a housing rights organizer fighting which includes empowering tenants to demand dignified living conditions, hold stakeholders accountable, and making sure everyone knows that housing is a human right.

Fran Quigley
Clinical Professor, Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law
Fran directs the Health and Human Rights Clinic. Fran and his students advocate for the human right to housing by representing tenants in eviction court and promoting policy change.
Fran is the author of five books, including Faith in Action: An Introduction to Religious Socialism (Orbis Books, 2021), and publishes a twice-monthly newsletter, Housing is a Human Right.

Don Sawyer
A Bigger Vision Films, Producer / Director
Don Sawyer is an award-winning African America filmmaker who wrote the 2014 film, Uncharted: The Truth Behind Homelessness, and produced and directed Under the Bridge: The Criminalization of Homelessness which won Best Hoosier Lens award at the 2016 Indy Film Fest and was screened at an event sponsored by HUD, the DOJ, and The National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty.
A Bigger Vision Films was formed in 2014 with a mission to inspire social change through documentary storytelling, with an emphasis on homelessness and race equity issues.

Rodney Stockment
City of Indianapolis, Policy Director for Homelessness for the
Rodney is charged with identifying opportunities for strategic leadership and developing/executing the homeless intervention strategies for the Department of Metropolitan Development. Rodney is leading the transformation of the homeless response system to a housing first infrastructure by building a network of housing and service supports.

Vickie Tyner
Director of Operations, Food 4 Souls
Vickie’s primary focus is researching, networking, and building partnerships with local homeless resource organizations (i.e. services for addictions, housing, social services, etc.). She serves as the liaison between partners and the homeless community that are ready to move into programming that transitions them into a life beyond homelessness. She also leads the Daniel’s House initiative. Vickie is the President of the Faith Based Street Outreach (FBSO).
