Welcoming Week is an annual celebration where organizations and communities bring together neighbors of all backgrounds to build strong connections and affirm the importance of welcoming and inclusive places in achieving collective prosperity.

As part of Welcoming Week awareness, Immigrant Welcome Center and GIMA, want to highlight and bring together our faith-based communities. Join us on Tuesday, September 12 to discuss how we can start working together to ensure ALL immigrants feel safe and welcomed in our city.

Join us as we support Immigrant Welcome Center to host its first interfaith convening on Tuesday, September 12 from 8:30am-1pm at Alhuda Islamic Center of Indiana (AICI).

During this event Immigrant Welcome Center will be sharing new data regarding the needs of our immigrant neighbors, as well as how the faith based, and immigrant services communities can collaborate to address the unique and evolving needs of our immigrant neighbors.
